Our world has seen disruptive changes since our last conference, November 2019 in Chengdu. Covid-19 is raging on this planet and impacting all our lives significantly. However, enabling people to meet in person, engage with each other face to face and establish trust and confidence, remains one of our key aims as a network and our businesses must continue even in challenging times.  

Therefore, we are committed to provide a safe and controlled environment at our conference in Porto this November. The situation and the available solutions are still evolving every day and you can rest assured that we are working with all partners and suppliers of the event, to protect your health and safety during the conference.

Apart from a clean and hygiene environment, this includes sufficient space at the respective venues, enabling social distancing. In addition we are reviewing possibilities to enable pre-conference testing in order to further minimize attendees risk exposure.

We are monitoring Covid-19 developments very closely and will communicate further updates as they relate to our event and as the situation develops. All our venues are compliant with Portugal Tourisms Clean & Safe measures.
