OceanX ensures that all our delegates have their own essentials during the event. We are grateful for early registrations which ease our planning, in particular as the venue limits the number of delegates this year, invoicing will only be arranged in September 2024. Delegates who will cancel after they have arranged their payment can use their conference fee for other organized events by OceanX. Changing of delegates is of course possible at no cost, please inform us timely.

The amount of rooms committed for the event are limited, thus hotel room booking is recommended to complete as early as possible via the booking link of Hilton Como. Cancellation conditions for room bookings apply.
