OceanX ensures that all our delegates have their own essentials during the event. We are grateful for early registrations which ease our planning, invoicing will only be arranged in September 2023. Delegates who will cancel after they have arranged their payment can use their conference fee for other organized events by OceanX. Changing of delegates is of course possible at no cost, please inform us timely.

The amount of rooms committed for the event is limited, thus hotel room booking is recommended to complete as early as possible. Haze (haze@oceanx.network) is happy to assist. Hotel rooms under the special OceanX rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
